Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original premium packaging with tags intact.
Conditions
Custom-tailored ethnic wear are not eligible for return. Exchanges are subject to fabric availability and craftsmanship timelines.
Refund Process
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used during checkout.
